How this score is calculated
The score starts at 100. Each deduction below is a locally observed signal, not a medical, legal, or absolute security claim. A typical browser will not score 100. Private/local WebRTC addresses and a matching public IP are not counted as leaks.

- Location fields are only shown when a free lookup provider actually returns them.
What this homepage can show
The IP lookup runs in your browser against free geolocation providers. The address you see is the one those providers received from your connection — not the address of this site’s hosting server.
The privacy test then inspects WebRTC ICE candidates, a few browser fields, and an optional before/after connection comparison. Private or local addresses and mDNS .local names are explained, not labeled as confirmed security leaks.
Honest limits
No website can reliably prove that a VPN, proxy, or Tor is enabled. Matching or changing IP, country, and ISP values are clues about the path your browser used, not a detector and not proof that DNS or every app is covered.
This project does not include DNS leak testing, a Chrome extension, accounts, or analytics. Missing city or ISP fields mean the lookup provider did not return them — they are not guessed.
